Zoe Che, NP

Zoe Che, NP, brings a deeply personal perspective to her work in transplant surgery. As someone who has navigated her own health challenges, she understands the importance of feeling seen, heard, and supported in healthcare. These experiences have shaped her commitment to providing compassionate, inclusive, and patient-centered care. She is drawn to surgery because it allows her to combine clinical excellence with empathy, walking alongside patients through life-changing moments and helping them reclaim their health. Zoe works closely with the transplant team in both liver and kidney transplant surgery and follow up care. She completed her undergraduate studies at UC Davis, followed by a Master of Public Health. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Yale School of Nursing and completed a Surgical Advanced Practice Provider Fellowship at CU Anschutz in 2025.

Zoe practices within the nursing model, emphasizing holistic, patient-centered care that addresses the physical, emotional, and social needs of each individual. She values diversity and strives to create an inclusive, respectful environment where every patient feels seen, heard, and empowered throughout their surgical journey.
