Biography

Yi-Wen Chen, MD, MS, FACP, is a board-certified internal medicine physician with a strong commitment to provide quality care with compassion, expertise, and meticulousness. He earned his medical degree from West Virginia University (WVU) School of Medicine and completed his internal medicine residency at WVU Ruby Memorial Hospital. Dr. Chen became a fellow in the American College of Physicians (FACP), which exemplifies his dedication to excellent care and quality improvement. He also holds a Master of Science in Global Health Sciences from the University of California, San Francisco, and is committed to community engagement.

With nearly a decade of experience, Dr. Chen has delivered evidence-based care in different parts of the United States. His experiences improved his cultural awareness which allows him to connect with patients from all backgrounds. Dr. Chen has also supervised advanced practice providers and earned several awards for excellent patient care. By partnering with his patients, he is able to provide personalized care with excellence and compassion.
