Yadira Hernandez, APRN

Yadira Hernandez, APRN, is a board-certified provider who makes it her mission to provide outstanding, personalized care to patients in various settings, including long-term rehabilitative care. She is fluent in English and Spanish and works to deliver empathetic and compassionate care to every patient.

Establishing her medical foundation, Yadira earned her Associate of Science in Nursing and Bachelor of Science in Nursing degrees at Southern Adventist University. She then pursued a Master of Science in Nursing from Texas Woman’s University, focusing on family care. Yadira holds board certification from the American Nurses Credentialing Center, as well as certification in ACLS, CPR and AED by the American Heart Association.

When she’s off the clock, Yadira explores the world around her, whether that means traveling to new areas or enjoying a bike ride close to home.

Yadira believes that every patient deserves care that extends beyond simply healing their physical ailments. Together with a multidisciplinary care team, she works hard to be a resource and comfort to every patient she serves, helping them heal in body, mind and spirit.
