Thomas Menshenfriend, PA-C

Thomas Menshenfriend, PA-C, is a passionate physician assistant specializing in musculoskeletal disorders. He assists with clinical decision-making for patients’ injuries, educating them on the pathophysiology of their condition and providing treatment options. As part of his practice, he gives injections and surgical referrals.

As a former ocean lifeguard, Thomas found that he was driven to help others. In his undergraduate years, he served as a student athletic trainer, helping at high school sporting events. This grew his desire for physical therapy, and he became a certified athletic trainer at the University of Denver, working at an outpatient physical therapy clinic. His time there encouraged him to pursue his education further.

Thomas attended the University of Florida, earning his Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sports Science, specializing in athletic training. He completed his Master of Medical Science degree at Saint Francis University. He completed his physician assistant program at Red Rocks Community College and his externship in orthopedic trauma at Denver Health Medical Center.

In his free time, Thomas enjoys being outside biking, surfing and fishing. He leads a healthy lifestyle emphasizing exercise and nutrition.
