Taylor J. Stephan, DNP, APRN, FNP-BC, earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice and Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida, where she also received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing, graduating magna cum laude. She served as an adjunct clinical instructor at the University of Miami School of Nursing and Health Studies, a registered nurse in the endoscopy lab at Jupiter Medical Center, and a progressive care nurse at Good Samaritan Medical Center. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. Taylor has volunteered in community and international health clinics, providing preventive and primary care.
