Sylvia Bozeman, APRN, is a Board-certified Advanced Practice Registered Nurse with over 20 years of clinical experience in various health care settings. She earned a Doctor of Nursing, Emphasis: Lifestyle Medicine, from Southern Adventist University, Chattanooga, Tennessee and graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles, California, with a Master of Science in Nursing, emphasis on Family Medicine. Sylvia also holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from California State University in Long Beach, California. In addition to extensive work with an Orlando, Florida medical home, Sylvia was an adult intensive care registered nurse at Providence St. Joseph Hospital in Orange, California. Bilingual in English and Spanish, she has led medical teams for more than five years, providing primary health care to a medically complex, uninsured, and underserved adult population in an outpatient setting.
