Sarah Forars, MD

Sarah Forars, MD, is a board-certified family medicine practitioner. Family medicine allows her to build patient relationships and provide continuity of care. She wants to get to know and walk alongside her patients in their health journey. Building these relationships enables her to provide holistic care.

Dr. Forars earned her medical degree at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School and completed her residency at Lancaster General Hospital Family Medicine Residency Program in Lancaster, Penn. She is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the Colorado Academy of Family Physicians.

When she’s not working, Dr. Forars enjoys spending time with her husband and their three young children. She loves being outdoors, hiking or skiing.

Dr. Forars works to educate and partner with her patients to manage their health and pursue wellness.
