Sarah Chliyah Ellis, PA-C

Sarah Ellis, PA-C, is a certified physician assistant who provides primary care to patients ages 5 and up. She performs annual wellness exams, provides chronic disease management and care for men’s and women’s health. She speaks English and Arabic. Sarah was drawn to a career in primary care because she enjoys building meaningful, long-term relationships with patients and supporting them through all stages of life. This area of medicine allows her to focus on prevention, patient education and continuity of care, which she believes are essential to improving long-term health outcomes. Sarah earned a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Practice from the Florida State University College of Medicine in Tallahassee. She also holds a Master of Science in Biomedical Science and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Central Florida in Orlando.

In her free time, she enjoys travelling, good food and discovering new places to eat.

Sarah is committed to empowering patients through education and shared decision-making, striving to create a supportive environment where patients feel heard and respected, enabling them to understand their health conditions and take an active role in managing them.
