Samuel T Fawaz, MD

Samuel Fawaz, MD, is a board-certified internal medicine physician. After graduating from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Psychology, Dr. Fawaz went on to earn a medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine where he graduated with honors. He then completed an internal medicine residency at Oakwood Health System. He specializes in treating diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and preventative medicine. His goal is to make a difference in people’s lives by helping each patient attain and maintain optimal health.
