Biography

Sam Vorkpor, MD, is a family medicine physician with a passion for helping patients in Clay County. With more than 20 years of experience, he works closely with you to build healthy habits for your body, mind and spirit on your journey to whole health.

Dr. Vorkpor is board certified in family medicine. He completed a residency in family medicine at the University of Connecticut School of Medicine in Farmington, Connecticut and a residency in preventive medicine at Meharry Medical College in Nashville, Tennessee.

When he isn't seeing patients, he keeps his own body, mind and spirit strong by staying active with basketball, soccer, golf and football. Dr. Vorkpor also enjoys experiencing new places and meeting new people by traveling.
