Phyllis Chovoor, PA-C, received her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Radford University Carilion in Roanoke, Virginia. While in Gainesville, she also completed a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology and Cell Science and a second Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Florida. Phyllis's goal is to educate patients so they can make appropriate decisions about their care. She also assists Dr. Chetan Patel in the operating room in all surgical cases.
