Pasquale Casale, MD

Pasquale Casale, MD, MHA, is a board-certified and fellowship-trained pediatric urologist and a leading authority on pediatric minimally invasive surgeries. He specializes in pediatric genitourinary reconstructive surgery and has specialty certification in extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy and robotic-assisted surgery. A former Chief of Pediatric Urology at New York-Presbyterian/Morgan Stanley Children's Hospital and urology professor at Columbia University, he also previously served as the director of minimally invasive surgery and robotic surgery at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. He joined AdventHealth Medical Group’s elite pediatric urology team in Central Florida from the Mount Sinai Hospital System, where he was a senior staff member and urology professor at the Icahn School of Medicine. Dr. Casale has pioneered a number of minimally invasive techniques for pediatric patients, including robotic-assisted and endoscopic procedures. He holds editorial board positions on many scientific journals and has authored hundreds of articles, editorials and book chapters.
