Nicole Derda, AuD, CCC-A, FAAA, is a highly experienced clinical audiologist specializing in auditory and vestibular disorders. She received her master's degree in communication disorders from the University of Memphis, and earned her Doctorate of Audiology from the Arizona School of Health Sciences at A.T. Still University. Prior to her current position, she served as an educational audiologist for Orange County Schools, assessing the hearing of school-aged children and coordinating services for hearing-impaired students. In collaboration with the physicians at her practice, Dr. Derda assesses and treats patients with hearing, balance and related disorders and provides counseling and follow-up treatments. She is a member of the American Speech and Hearing Association and American Academy of Audiology.

Dr. Derda has worked with Dr. Atkins for nearly 10 years, helping patients with dizziness and balance disorders.

Dr. Derda enjoys spending time with her husband of 12 years and her two young daughters. She is active in her church and enjoys spending time volunteering at her daughters' school.
