Mark Fersch, DO

Mark D. Fersch, DO, is committed to offering both traditional and holistic options to achieve the best possible outcomes that honor every patient’s body, mind and spirit. He specializes in working with newborns, infants, children and adolescents.

Dr. Fersch is a member of the American Osteopathic Association and the American College of Osteopathic Physicians and has been awarded the John H. Harakal award for excellence in osteopathic manipulative medicine. He is fluent in English and German.

Prior to medical school, Dr. Fersch worked as a high school German teacher. During that time, he learned the importance of clear communication and establishing a partnership with those he worked with.

After experiencing his own health challenges, Dr. Fersch feels fortunate to have benefited from osteopathic medicine which allowed him to eventually reclaim his health. His time as a patient inspired him to change careers and became an osteopathic physician to help others live their most vibrant lives, and to offer his experiences, empathy, and understanding as their doctor.
