Biography

Maria Gonzalez, MD, FAAFP, CMD, is triple-board-certified in Family Medicine, Geriatric Medicine, and Hospice and Palliative Medicine. Originally from the Dominican Republic, Dr. Gonzalez earned her medical degree from Autonomous University of Santo Domingo. Prior to joining the Palliative Care Team at AdventHealth, Dr. Gonzalez was the Medical Director of a continuum care retirement community in Live Oak, FL.
