Lanese A. Henry, APRN, CNM, is a double board-certified nurse midwife and advanced practice registered nurse with over ten years of experience. Lanese earned a Master of Science in Nursing, Nurse-Midwifery/Family Nurse Practitioner from Vanderbilt University School of Nursing in Nashville, TN. She obtained a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from John Jay College of Criminal Justice in New York, NY. Lanese was a travel registered nurse for AdventHealth in Apopka and New Smyrna Beach for two years before earning her advanced degrees. She was a certified surgical technologist at Orlando Regional Medical Center in Orlando, FL, for five years. Lanese always felt called to deliver babies and help women in underserved populations.
