Ky'leana Young, DNP, FNP-C

Ky'leana Young, DNP, FNP-C is a Family Nurse Practitioner who brings a calm, compassionate, and patient-centered approach to care. She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Western Carolina University and has more than a decade of healthcare experience spanning acute care, long-term care, hospice, and primary care settings. Ky’Leana’s clinical background includes work in medical-surgical, ICU, progressive care, emergency, and behavioral health units, as well as extensive experience caring for geriatric and medically complex patients. She is passionate about providing comprehensive primary care and collaborating across specialties to support whole-person health—body, mind, and spirit. Known for her reassuring demeanor and thoughtful listening style, Ky’Leana strives to ensure every patient feels heard, respected, and supported. She is especially committed to serving vulnerable and underserved populations and is conversational in Spanish to help improve communication and connection with her patients.

Outside of work, Ky'leana enjoys spending time with her close-knit family, caring for her collection of tropical and rare plants, reading, and finding balance through music and meaningful time with loved ones.
