Kimberly Dufraux, DNP

Kimberly Dufraux, DNP, is a nurse practitioner specializing in urogynecology, with a strong focus on helping patients improve their quality of life through personalized, compassionate care. Kimberly earned her Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and French, Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), and Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from the University of Colorado, and went on to complete her Doctorate of Nursing Practice (DNP) at the University of Colorado as well. Her dedication to advanced nursing education was supported by several prestigious awards, including an Exempla Scholarship (2004–2006), a Nightingale Nomination in 2004, and HRSA Scholarships in 2010 and 2011. She treats a wide range of urogynecologic conditions, including overactive bladder, genitourinary syndrome of menopause, urge and stress incontinence, pelvic floor dysfunction, pelvic organ prolapse, recurrent urinary tract infections, dyspareunia, and voiding dysfunction. Kimberly also performs bladder instillations and pessary fittings as part of comprehensive, individualized treatment plans.

Kimberly’s call to medicine is rooted in her belief that helping people help themselves is one of the most meaningful aspects of healthcare. She finds great joy in partnering with patients and witnessing their personal growth as they gain confidence and control over their health. Her care philosophy centers on education, empowerment, and collaboration to support long-term wellness.
