Kari Whitman, PA

Kari Whitman is a nationally certified physician assistant specializing in orthopedic care with the Heart of Florida Physician Group. She completed her Bachelor of Science degree in biology from Florida State University and her Master of Medical Science from Nova Southeastern University.

She provides in-office evaluations, diagnosis and treatment of patients. She has specialized in hand surgery and sports medicine. Ms. Whitman currently works with Dr. Chad Lamoreaux in the Mid-Florida Orthopaedic Associates office in the Cypress Physician Building.

Ms. Whitman has been working in the orthopedic field for the past seven years.

“I really like the variety of the things we see. We have a very diverse group of patients. We see very young, pediatric children, to adults and senior citizens,’’ she said. “I really enjoy working with our patients and making sure they are on the road to recovery quickly.’’

Ms. Whitman is certified by the National Commission for Certification of Physician Assistants.
