Jeremy Baker, NP-C, is a certified family nurse practitioner who pursued a career in healthcare to help patients get back to feeling better as soon as possible. He values each patient as an individual and spends time listening to them so he can address their needs holistically and traditionally.
Jeremy earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of West Georgia in Carrolton and a Master of Science in Nursing from Columbus State University in Georgia. Jeremy is certified as a family nurse practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
