Dr. Heaberlin is board-certified in Internal Medicine, Hematology, and Oncology. She has experience in both the direct care of patients and cancer research. Here span of exemplary care includes breast, lung, gastrointestinal, renal and bladder cancers; as well as, multiple myeloma.
Dr. Heaberlin earned her Bachelor of Biology at University of South Florida. She earned her medical degree from Nova Southeastern University Osteopathic Medical School. She also has Masters degree in Public Health. Dr. Heaberlin was a resident of Internal Medicine at Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami, FL and served as Chief Resident from 2010-2011. She also completed her Hematology/Oncology Fellowship at Georgia Regents University in Augusta, GA where she served as Co-Chief Fellow from 2013-2014.

When Dr. Heaberlin is not seeing patients, she enjoys spending time with her family. She also enjoys kayaking, disc golf, hiking, singing and performing in community choirs.
