Jazmine Garcia, APRN, FNP-C

Jazmine Garcia, APRN, FNP-C, is an advanced practice registered nurse who provides primary care to patients ages 5 and up. She performs annual wellness exams, provides chronic disease management and care for men’s and women’s health. She speaks English and Spanish. Jazmine felt called to medicine because it unites her desire to serve others with a commitment to scientific excellence and respect for human life. She was particularly drawn to family medicine, where education and relationship-building empower patients to better understand their bodies and make informed decisions about their health. Through a holistic, education-based approach, she strives to empower patients to better understand their bodies and make informed decisions about their health. Jazmine earned her Master of Science in Nursing degree with a focus on Family Nurse Practitioner studies from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, Arizona. She is board-certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

In her free time, Jazmine enjoys spending time with family, going out to eat and staying active. She also enjoys connecting with other moms through church groups and exercise classes.
