Jason Smith, DO, joined AdventHealth Medical Group's surgical group in Lake County from Beaumont Hospital in Farmington Hills, MI, where he completed his general surgery residency. He is a graduate of the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor and earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale.
