Biography

J. Marc Wilder, PA-C, is an experienced and board-certified physician assistant serving children and adults of all ages in Northwest Georgia. Marc takes a patient-first approach to his practice, balancing proven treatments with comfort and compassion.

A native of rural eastern North Carolina, Marc earned his Bachelor of Health Science and physician assistant certification from Duke University. He previously served in the United States Navy Reserve as a Hospital Corpsman and as a Commissioned Officer in the U.S. Public Health Service. During his service, Marc gained a wealth of experience in multiple medical specialties, including pediatric neurosurgery, cardiovascular surgery, emergency medicine and occupational, family and ambulatory medicine.

Marc has a strong desire to help each patient positively influence their lives, and each provider in his practice’s office focuses on compassionate care for everyone. He is committed to offering traditional and holistic options to achieve the best possible outcomes and honor your body, mind and spirit.

Personal Interests

In his free time, Marc enjoys spending time with his wife Christy and their four children, gardening, studying the Bible and keeping up with good nutrition.
