Holly Smith, APRN

Holly Smith, APRN, is an advanced practice registered nurse who earned a Master of Science in Nursing/Family Nurse Practitioner at Chamberlain University. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of North Florida in Jacksonville, FL. Holly served as an APRN at Advanced Gastroenterology and Endoscopy Center in Port Orange, FL, since 2022. Before that, she was a family care provider at Volusia Medical Center and AZA Health. Holly is dedicated to supporting the overall well-being of her patients in body, mind and spirit.

I enjoy spending time with my children, going to the beach, going to theme parks (especially Disney!), and traveling.

I firmly believe in treating the patient as a whole. I make every effort to take as much time as I can with my patients, and to listen. Taking the time to get as much insight as I can into a patient’s situation helps me to be a better clinician; as I understand that there are so many factors that can influence a patient’s specific medical needs. I view patient care as a collaborative effort, and encourage patients to be active participants in their care. I strive to provide as much patient education as I can, and to make sure that every patient I encounter leaves with a plan of care that they understand and are comfortable with.
