Heriberto Cruz Guzman, PA-C, RD, earned a master’s degree in medical science from Yale University’s physician assistant online program. He also has a master’s in dietetics and human nutrition from Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona and earned his bachelor’s degree in nutrition and dietetics from the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras. Heriberto is a diabetes, diet, foot care, and insulin educator for ICU patients.
