Pain persisting more than 3 months is chronic pain. Evaluation and treatment of chronic pain in areas such as low back pain, upper back pain, hip pain, limb pain, abdominal pain, thoracic pain, pelvic pain, neck pain, headache and facial pain. Treatment may consist of medical management with medications, or injections or a combination of both, along with appropriate referrals to physical therapy, psychological testing and evaluation, relaxation therapy, biofeedback, etc.
