Evelyn I. Rodriguez, MD

Evelyn I. Rodriguez, MD, is a board-certified family medicine physician who obtained her medical degree from Ponce School of Medicine in Ponce, Puerto Rico. She completed a family practice residency at the University of Massachusetts in Fitchburg, MA. Dr. Rodriguez spent 15 years at the Yakima Valley Farmworkers Clinic in Walla Walla, WA providing full spectrum family medicine for all ages; including obstetrical and neonatal care. In Florida, Dr. Rodriguez continued providing family medicine and obstetrical care at Heart and Family Health Institute in Port Saint Lucie. Most recently, she treated patients at Village Medical in Sanford, FL. Dr. Rodriguez also served her country as a combat zone physician in the U.S. Army in Iraq, for which she was awarded the Bronze Star Medal, a National Defense Service Medal, and a Global War on Terrorism Medal. She is fluent in English and Spanish.
