Eugene Waters, PHD

Eugene C. Waters, PhD, specializes in clinical psychology and joins our practice in our Behavioral Health Pavilion with over 40 years of Experience. He earned his bachelor's and master's degrees at Pepperdine University and continued his education by completing his doctorate at Texas Tech University. In college, Dr. Waters became very interested in psychology, and it was at that time that he decided that he would make it his life's work. He is a member of the Society for Personality Assessment as well as the International Rorschach Society which supports the Rorschach Inkblot test, a test typically used as a personality assessment.

Dr. Waters has been married for 45 years to his wife Cynthia and together they have two daughters. When Dr. Waters is not seeing patients, he enjoys spending time with his family and competing on both the state and national level in his all-time favorite sport, tennis.

Dr. Waters enjoys helping patients by helping their providers understand them better and provide appropriate mental health care.
