David Korneluk, MD

David Korneluk, MD, is a double board-certified family and sports medicine physician. Dr. Korneluk's passion for his field stems from the long-lasting connections he forms with his patients and his goal of empowering them to make positive lifestyle changes.

Dr. Korneluk earned his bachelor’s degree in Applied Physiology from the University of Southern California. He then earned his medical degree at the American University of the Caribbean. He completed his residency at Eisenhower Medical Center where he was a chief family medicine resident. He also completed a sports medicine fellowship at Orlando Health Jewett Orthopedic Institute where he was able to treat elite athletes from Major League Soccer, the National Women’s Soccer League, Big 12 Division 1 college athletics and the USA Track and Field team. Dr. Korneluk belongs to the American Academy of Family Physicians and the American Medical Society for Sports Medicine.

Outside of work, Dr. Korneluk loves to ski, boulder, trail run, travel internationally and spend time with his wife and goldendoodle. Happiest in the great outdoors, he has explored 16 national parks and counting.

Dr. Korneluk is passionate about providing comprehensive, patient-centered care to create individualized treatment plans. He believes in open communication and collaboration with his patients to ensure they are informed and empowered on their health care journey.
