Dr. Patel is dual board-certified family & geriatrics medicine physician Diplomate in American Board of Obesity Medicine & Lifestyle Medicine and a fellow of American Academy of Family Physician. His specialties include comprehensive care for younger & older adults, men’s & women's health, sub-acute & chronic care, weight management, behavioral health & o‑ce procedures. He is a passionate Geriatrician committed to oering a multifaceted approach to the care of older adults, promote wellness & independent function, reduce polypharmacy, manage dementia, delirium, depression, osteoporosis, sleep disorders, pain, and so much more.
