Chutaporn Charnsangavej, MD

Chutaporn Charnsangavej, MD, FACOG, is a board-certified OB/GYN. She is a highly experienced practitioner, meeting women’s health care needs across their lifespan. Her areas of focus include routine and high-risk obstetrics, general gynecology, well-woman care, birth control, infertility evaluation, abnormal bleeding, fibroids, endometriosis and menopause management.

As an undergraduate at Trinity University, Dr. Charnsangavej was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa honor society. She received her medical degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School, going on to complete a residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Colorado. As part of her practice, she performs procedures including hysterectomy, hysteroscopy, laparoscopy, colposcopy, LEEP, vulvar and endometrial biopsy.

Dr. Charnsangavej feels called to provide comprehensive, evidence-based medical care to women in all stages of life and is passionate about improving quality of health care, especially in underserved and marginalized populations.

In her free time, Dr. Charnsangavej enjoys hiking, reading, cooking and spending time with her husband and three children.

Dr. Charnsangavej believes strongly in patient education and that patients should have a strong voice in their plan of care.
