Chloe Barry, PhD

Chloe Y. H. Barry, PhD, is a licensed psychologist, who earned a Master of Education and doctorate in School Psychology from The Pennsylvania State University in State College, Pennsylvania. Dr. Barry has worked in multiple school districts in Pennsylvania, New York, Maryland, and Florida and went on to complete a post-doctoral fellowship at the University of Central Florida. During her fellowship, Dr. Barry provided individual and group therapies for children and adolescents, focused on reducing anxiety and improving social-behavioral functioning. She has expertise in the administration of developmental, cognitive, and achievement assessments, writing individualized education plans, and completing behavioral assessments. As part of her advocacy efforts, Dr. Barry has also created and implemented schoolwide social and emotional learning initiatives and provided counseling to small groups on a variety of topics. She is the author of numerous presentations and professional publications and has developed a special proficiency of multicultural competencies within the field of psychology.
