Biography

Brittney Falconer, APRN, FNP-BC, is a compassionate family medicine nurse practitioner who provides care for patients ages five and older. Brittney offers wellness care and screenings, nutritional counseling, immunizations and diabetes management.

Brittney was inspired and felt called to nursing from a young age after seeing her mother work as a nurse. Brittney loves serving her community by making a tangible difference in her patients' health and overall well-being. She truly has a passion for helping others.

After completing her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Lake-Sumter State College, Brittney earned her Master of Science in Nursing specializing in family practice from St. Thomas University in Miami Gardens. Brittney is board-certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.

In her free time, Brittney enjoys spending time with her family, trying new restaurants and traveling.
