Biography

Arthur Levene is a founding member of South Denver Cardiology Associates, Dr. Levene grew up in New York City and earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Bard College and his medical degree from New York University. His internship and residency were spent at the Cleveland Metropolitan General Hospital at Case Western Reserve University. Dr. Levene then moved to Colorado, where he obtained his Cardiology training under Dr. Gil Blount at the University of Colorado. Following two years in the U.S. Air Force, Dr. Levene entered private practice and founded South Denver Cardiology Associates in 1970, where he as a senior partner and continues to practice. He is board certified in Internal Medicine and Cardiology.

Personal Interests

Dr. Levene and his wife raise Alpacas. In addition, he enjoys playing golf, fly-fishing and traveling.
