Finding joy in providing patients in Manchester, Kentucky with the highest quality care, April Couch, APRN is a family medicine nurse practitioner known for her kindness and compassion.
April cares for your entire family at every age and stage of life. She also has extensive experience in cardiac care and has worked in both clinical and hospital environments.
April attended nursing school at Walden University. After nearly ten years in the field, she earned her master’s degree in nursing and began her career as a board-certified nurse practitioner in 2019.
In addition to her work with patients, April is a critical care nurse educator for AdventHealth Manchester’s cardiovascular, thoracic and general intensive care units. She’s taught refresher educational courses on hemodynamic monitoring, chest tube management and recovery of coronary artery bypass patients.
When she’s not busy at work with her patients, April enjoys spending time with family and friends.
