Anna Wegleitner, MD, is a Board-certified family medicine physician in the Denver, Colorado metro area. She specializes in gender-affirming hormone care for new patients, takes care of health maintenance for the entire family and manages chronic diseases and acute care for existing patients. She performs skin and endometrial biopsies. Dr. Wegleitner, a lifetime achievement award winner from The Gender Identity Center in Colorado, is a member of CMS AAFP CAFP and The World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH).
Dr. Wegleitner earned her medical degree at The University of Texas Medical School in Houston, Texas. She completed her fellowship and residency in family medicine at the University of Colorado School of Medicine in Aurora, Colorado.
In addition to her medical practice, Dr. Wegleitner loves to spend time with her spouse, taking care of their home, reading, hiking, biking, and walking her dogs.
