Amber Hoff, LCSW

Amber Hoff, LCSW, is a licensed clinical social worker who is deeply committed to supporting individuals and families through healing, growth, and meaningful change. She is drawn to this work by her belief in the power of connection, understanding, and compassion, and she values walking alongside patients as they navigate life’s challenges, transitions, and experiences of trauma. Amber’s call to medicine is rooted in listening deeply to others’ stories and honoring the resilience each person brings to therapy. She strives to create a safe, supportive environment where individuals feel seen, heard, and valued. Her work aligns with her core values of advocacy, empathy, and service, and she finds it deeply fulfilling to help patients discover hope, strength, and healing at their own pace. She treats a wide range of mental health concerns, including trauma and PTSD, anxiety and panic disorders, depression and mood-related concerns, grief and loss, stress, burnout, and life transitions, attachment and relational difficulties, and emotional regulation challenges. Amber earned her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and Master of Social Work (MSW) and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). She is EMDR trained, Internal Family Systems (IFS)–informed, and a Trauma Assessment Certified Practitioner, allowing her to provide trauma-informed, evidence-based care tailored to each individual’s needs. Amber wants her patients to know that therapy is a nonjudgmental and supportive space, where healing is not linear and progress happens at each person’s own pace. She is committed to working alongside her patients to build understanding, resilience, and practical tools that align with their unique goals and lives—because no one has to face challenges alone.

Outside of her professional work, Amber enjoys spending time outdoors, going on adventures with her dog, and connecting with family and friends. She values creativity, reflection, movement, and mindfulness practices such as yoga, which she believes are essential to maintaining balance and showing up authentically for others.

Amber approaches care with collaboration, authenticity, and meeting clients where they are. She believes healing happens through trusting therapeutic relationships and thoughtful, individualized care that empowers patients to move toward lasting and meaningful change.
