Amanda O’Connell, MD, is an obstetrician and gynecologist who earned her medical degree from the University of South Carolina in Columbia, SC. Dr. O’Connell completed a residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Bayfront Health in St. Petersburg, FL where she received an award for Excellence in Obstetrics presented by the Maternal Fetal Medicine Division. Dr. O’Connell was a research program coordinator at the Medical University of South Carolina for three years and has been involved in research projects and community building for women’s health across numerous projects.
