Dr. Adajar is a board-certified OB/GYN with advanced fellowship training in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery. A pioneer of mini-laparoscopic techniques, Dr. Adajar is able to consistently perform complex surgeries, including hysterectomies, with minimal scarring and an opioid-free recovery. He joined AdventHealth Medical Group’s elite GYN surgery team in Central Florida from his native Chicago, where he held multiple leadership positions including as President of the Illinois Institute of Gynecology & Advanced Pelvic Surgery and Women's Health Program Coordinator & Clinical Supervisor at Presence Saints Mary and Elizabeth Medical Center. He is currently a Senior Advisory Board Member of the American Institute of Minimally Invasive Surgery and, as the head of his own private practice, he earned elite designation as a Center of Excellence in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery.
