Alexander Fishberg, MD, is the Medical Director of the Family Medicine Residency Program at AdventHealth, and a published medical researcher. He earned his medical degree at the University of South Florida in Tampa and completed his residency at Hinsdale Hospital near Chicago. Dr. Fishberg received the Educator of the Year Award in 2009 for his expertise and dedication to the AdventHealth Family Medicine Residency Program. He has special interests in gastroenterology and obstetrics, and is a published medical researcher who regularly presents on topics such as diabetes care and obstetrics.
