Zoubair Ahmed, MD, CAQSM

Zoubair Ahmed, MD, CAQSM, is a board-certified internal medicine physician with fellowship training in sports medicine and interventional spine care. His training includes an interventional spine fellowship at Ortho Alabama Spine & Sports in Birmingham, Alabama, and a sports medicine fellowship at Bayfront Health and Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital in St. Petersburg, Florida. Dr. Ahmed completed his internal medicine residency at Jersey Shore University Medical Center and Raritan Bay Medical Center in Perth Amboy, New Jersey. He earned his MBBS from Services Institute of Medical Sciences in Lahore, Pakistan. Most recently, Dr. Ahmed served as a pre- operative physician specializing in internal medicine and sports medicine at Franciscan Health Orthopedic Hospital in Carmel, Indiana. His experience includes advanced interventional spine procedures, image-guided injections and non-operative musculoskeletal care.

I focus on identifying the root cause of pain and treating it with precise, evidence-based, and minimally invasive techniques. My goal is to restore function, improve quality of life, and help patients return to the activities they enjoy while minimizing reliance on medications. I work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver individualized, patient-centered care.
