Ziad Alnabki, MD, FACC, FSCAI

Ziad Alnabki, MD, FACC, FSCAI, is a board-certified interventional cardiologist who cares for patients ages 18 and older. He is fluent in English and Arabic. Dr. Alnabki felt called to cardiology because it allows him to truly change the course of a patient’s life in a matter of minutes. He was inspired by seeing how timely decisions, clear communication, and compassionate care can completely alter outcomes for the better. He is drawn to the combination of long-term patient relationships and acute, high-impact interventions. Cardiology enables Dr. Alnabki to care for patients in their most vulnerable moments while helping them build a foundation for a healthier future. Dr. Alnabki earned his medical degree from the University of Damascus. He then completed his internal medicine, cardiology, and interventional cardiology training at the University of Louisville. He is board-certified by the American Board of Interventional Cardiology, the American Board of General Cardiology, the American Board of Nuclear Cardiology, and the American Board of Echocardiography. He has also authored numerous clinical publications.

In his free time, he enjoys traveling, fishing, hiking, and spending time with his family.

Dr. Alnabki believes that the foundation of whole-person care centers on partnership. He feels that patients make the best decisions when they are informed, empowered, and actively involved in their care. He is committed to our mission of Extending the Healing Ministry of Christ by listening to his patients, explaining their care clearly, and creating individualized treatment plans.
