Wendy Thompson, CNM, MSN, RN, is an expert certified nurse midwife. Wendy provides obstetric and well-woman care to all women. As part of her practice, she performs vaginal deliveries, C-section salpingectomies, Pap smears, vulvar biopsies, and STI lesion treatment, along with the placement of FSEs, IUDs, and Nexplanon.
Wendy was drawn to women’s health care in high school when she volunteered in the maternity unit at her local hospital. She grew to understand her passion for being a part of the labor and delivery process and resolved to become a certified nurse midwife.
Wendy earned her Master of Science in Nursing at Case Western University and her Certificate of Nurse Midwifery at Frontier Nursing University. She is passionate about delivering well-woman care in all phases of life, including pregnancy and delivery.
Wendy Thompson only sees patients as an on-call provider.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family including her five grandchildren, listening to music, reading, sewing, gardening, and traveling.
