Thu-Minh Nguyen, PA-C

Thu-Minh Nguyen, PA-C, is a certified physician assistant who cares for patients ages 6 and older at AdventHealth Primary Care Lake Mary. She provides family medicine services including acute and chronic disease management, annual physicals, flu shots and immunizations, men’s and women’s health, preventive care and sick and well visits. Thu-Minh chose family medicine because it gives her the opportunity to build lasting relationships with patients while caring for acute concerns, chronic conditions and preventive health needs. She values each patient’s time and works to make every visit feel thoughtful, respectful and focused on quality of life. Thu-Minh earned a Master of Medical Science from Nova Southeastern University in Orlando, Florida, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science from the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida. Before joining AdventHealth, she worked as a medical assistant with Central Florida Heart Care in Maitland, Florida, where she helped prepare patients for cardiology testing and coordinated referrals, clearances and medical records with healthcare organizations.

Outside of work, Thu-Minh enjoys traveling, reading, collecting trinkets and biking.

Thu-Minh works collaboratively with patients and a multidisciplinary team to support treatment goals with care and compassion. She wants patients to feel that their concerns are understood and addressed, with care guided by trust, communication and teamwork.
