Syed Abid, MD

Syed Abid, MD, MPH, is a board certified physician in Internal Medicine and specializes in Hospice and Palliative Care and Geriatrics with more than five years of experience. He completed fellowships in hospice and palliative medicine and geriatric medicine at Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island. He earned his medical degree from Medical University of the Americas in Nevis, West Indies, and his Master of Public Health from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock, Arkansas. Dr. Abid has experience in inpatient and outpatient services, home palliative and hospice care. He focuses on clear communication, thoughtful decision-making, and expert symptom management to support patients and families through serious illness with dignity and compassion.
