Sube Singh, APRN

Sube Singh, APRN, is a nurse practitioner who provides primary care to patients ages 5 and up. He performs annual wellness exams, provides chronic disease management and delivers comprehensive men’s and women’s health care. He is multilingual, speaking English, Hindi and Punjabi. Sube was drawn to a career in primary care because of the opportunity to build long-term therapeutic relationships and support patients across all stages of life. Primary care allows him to focus on prevention, chronic disease management and continuity of care. He aims to provide comprehensive, evidence-based and patient-centered care. His goal is to ensure that his patients feel informed, respected and actively involved in their health care decisions. Sube received his Master of Science in Nursing – Nurse Practitioner degree from Athabasca University in Athabasca, Alberta, Canada. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences in Bangalore, India. He holds multiple certifications, including Basic Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support.

In his free time, Sube enjoys travelling, exploring new cultures, and learning new languages, as they give him a new perspective on the world. He is devoted to community engagement and continuing his professional education to grow both personally and professionally.

Sube strives to be a proactive, preventive and collaborative practitioner. He believes that early intervention, lifestyle optimization and patient education are foundational to long-term health outcomes.
