Biography

Stephanie Crowley, PA-C, is a board-certified physician assistant specializing in surgical oncology. She earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale, Illinois and her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Murray State University in Murray, Kentucky. Stephanie has extensive experience in neurosurgery, trauma and general surgery, serving as a first assistant in complex cranial, spinal and oncologic procedures. Before joining AdventHealth, she worked at Lake Monroe Hospital in Sanford, Orlando Regional Medical Center and The Neurosurgery Group in Orlando. A veteran of the United States Army Reserves, Stephanie served two tours in Afghanistan on a Forward Surgical team and received three Army Commendation Medals for her service.
