Shanice Baker, APRN

Shanice is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with 7 years of experience in cardiology and labor and delivery at local hospitals. Shanice is originally from Brooklyn, New York but moved to Kissimmee, Florida with her parents and siblings at age 12. She has always had a passion for health care since high school. She became a patient transporter at a local hospital and later obtained her degree in nursing.

She obtained an Associate of Science in Nursing from Valencia Community College in 2016 and later returned to get her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Seminole State College in 2021. She grew and developed her knowledge and skills and decided to fulfill her dream of becoming a nurse practitioner. She earned a master’s degree specializing in Family nurse practitioner from South University and quickly realized women’s health was her passion.

Shanice has been married to her best friend for 13 years and they share 3 children. During her free time, she enjoys traveling, family gatherings, and shopping.
