Seonghee “Sunny” Jeong, APRN

Sunny Jeong, APRN, is an advanced practice registered nurse who provides primary care to patients ages 5 and up. She performs annual wellness exams, provides chronic disease management and care for men’s and women’s health. She speaks English, Korean and Arabic. Sunny was drawn to a career in family medicine as a way to serve people in vulnerable situations with compassion and care. She aims to work collaboratively with her patients to achieve optimal health outcomes. Sunny earned her Master of Science in Nursing and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University in Chicago, Illinois. She is also certified as a critical care nurse (CCRN) and holds various licenses, including Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support. She is board-certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

In her free time, Sunny enjoys practicing yoga, going for walks in her neighborhood and journaling.

Sunny is committed to providing compassionate, high-quality and patient-centered care. She integrates evidence-based care with attentive listening to understand the whole person and identify the root causes of illness, not just symptoms.
